Como já fiz outras vezes aqui no blog, escolhi um desenho antigo que já foi postado para servir de base. São ilustrações que, ao serem finalizadas, sempre me fazem pensar: “Como será que ficariam em cores?” Pois bem, aqui está uma delas — confira abaixo!

In this post, I’m getting back to my digital art training — this time focusing on color. I remember how much faster I used to be at this… now I need to refresh my memory on shortcuts and techniques. But that’s exactly what training is for, right?

As I’ve done before here on the blog, I picked an old drawing I had already posted to use as practice. These are illustrations that, once finished, always make me wonder: “How would this look in color?” Well, here’s one of them — check it out below!

Today’s practice was based on an old drawing of Atuma, one of the characters featured here on the blog. If you want to see more illustrations and info about him, just click on the Atuma tag on the sidebar. Since those are older posts, they’re only available in Portuguese for now.
