We’re continuing our pencil concept art training, and in this post we feature a creation by artist Dwayne Vance — a stylish and expressive futuristic robot.
It’s a theme that always grabs my attention: technology, mechanical design, science fiction... all of it opens up space for amazing visual ideas. Maybe one day I’ll create a story or comic with this kind of character? The Exclegiuse universe could easily expand into the tech realm — why not?
This training is another step in building visual repertoire, and serves as a base for studies in form, structure, and sci-fi settings.
